Workshops + Retreat

In addition to 200 hour teacher training, Kelly and Keri both offer a variety of workshops.

Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Kelly has spent over 125 hours studying with Paul Grilley, architect of the practice that is taught worldwide. She offers a 20 hour introduction to teaching yin yoga.

This workshop is offered once a year through The Studio in Reno, and Kelly also will travel to your studio.

Reiki Workshops

Meaning "Universal Life Force Energy", Reiki is a healing modality that offers peace, relaxation and sense of well being to those who are open to it.

Kelly offers Reiki Level 1, 2 & Master workshops throughout the year at The Studio Reno, and also offers private Reiki lessons and sessions.

Kelly has Reiki Level 1 scheduled for 10/28.23 and Reiki Level 2 scheduled for 11/11/23

Flight Club

Keri shares her love of arm balancing and inversions with students twice yearly in Flight Club, a 2 hour workshop where students can work on their arm balances in a fun and safe environment.
